- The chimney must be 8" diameter or more, and ideally should be over 4.8 meters high. For very large chimneys, a chimney liner will improve the performance of your stove. Sweep your chimney before fitting a new stove.
- Ventilation: Building regulations require stoves with 5kW or higher output to have additional permanent ventilation in the room.
- We recommend this stove is installed by a qualified heating engineer, who can ensure safe fitting and advise on local building regulations.
- Delivery: These stoves are delivered on a pallet (kerbside only). A delivery date will be arranged. You will need to sign for the goods on delivery. If no one is available to receive the goods at the arranged time, a redelivery cost will be charged. Some components are heavy and will need 2 strong people to lift.

When choosing your stove it is not the physical size of the stove that should determine your choice of stove but the approximate kilowatt heat output required to heat your room. The following formula can be used to find the output needed to heat your room: volume of the room in meters (length x width x height in meters) divided by 14. This gives you roughly the kW you will need. This is an estimate and can be affected by insulation levels, the number of windows in the room, and other factors. If you are in any doubt, consult a suitably qualified heating engineer.
